Winterset Community Association, Inc. is Lee’s Summit's award winning community, consisting of executive homes and villas, 200 acres of protected nature areas, and exceptional amenities. Conveniently located on the west side of Lee's Summit, our community of six expertly planned neighborhoods is situated on 1,200 park-like acres complete with 9 miles of walking trails, 2 lakes, 3 swimming pools, butterfly gardens and much, much more.  

The 2026 Swim At Your Own Risk ("SAYOR") Waiver Form is OPEN (EVERY HOUSEHOLD must sign EACH YEAR)

BEFORE the pool season opens, please complete this form to activate your pool fob. This form MUST be completed by EACH HOUSEHOLD that intends to use any of the three Winterset pools at any time during the 2026 season. This is a yearly requirement that must be re-signed prior to each pool season.
