Submission Turnaround Time

On average you can expect to receive a response in about 5 business days with some requests taking up to 7-10 days due to complexity and time of year.

During the busiest months of the year response time may be longer (Mar, Apr, May).

Here is how the process generally takes place:
  1. ARC receives submission and reviews for completeness 
  2. ARC responds to Member with questions on incomplete/complex submissions
  3. A complete submission is sent to the full ARC for review
  4. Committee members have 7 days to cast their votes for approval or disapproval
  5. Notify Members in writing of approval
